30.05.2012.
this morning i done the tasks analysis til bout 9am then after that we went into the workshop and i started the wall fram dovetails til 10am then we had a smoko break til 10.20am and then we come back too the workshop and carried on doing dovetails i did marking and measuring and done the slots for the timber and i cut 3 of them and finish 2 of them.
then at 12pm we had smoko break and til 1pm than after that went too workshop and i carried on with the dovetails then matt asked me too help him with the subfloor hardwares i drilled them on on one side.
then at 3pm we had last smoko break til 3.20pm then when we come back we did a quick clean up in workshop and started blogging.

21.05.2012:
objects used was a pen books for writting in information and our classroom computers..

today i need catch up work for the assessments and the assessment task analsis for site set out, flooring and piles.

11.05.2012.

tools used was hammer,nails,measuring tape,carpenter pencil,glue gun and step ladders..
power tools used was skill saw electric drill and skill saw and bench saw..

today we done the rest of the wall and ceilings and also put the doors up..
i cut the left over of the timbers in the shed to 905cm long and stacked them um and the off cuts i stacked them up next too it..
rounded up cows to the back of the house paddock..
we also finished at 3.30pm and before we left we put a a security door for the weekend so nobody can break in..

Hand tools used was hammer,rule,nails,carpenter pencil,standley knife step ladder and saw horse..
Power tools used electric drill,electric screw drive and glue gun and skill saw,arm saw and gun nail gun..

Today at 8.30am i done work experience with wayne bishop and i helped him and his workmates put up the gib board for the ceiling and bryan used the electric screw drive too screw it up some of the gib board had 50x50x50 for one end then after 150 all the way down the board then then the other ends were 50x50x50 (this is called braced) thats how the screws got screwed then me and brent nails the the top and the bottom the same pattern too how bryan done it... then we done the same with some walls when we put them up um also some wall gib boards were screwed and nailed in a different way because of the wires inside coming out from the ceilings this type of gib was called (standard gib board) the screws were all 150 centres..
Wayne and bryan showed me how too use a hammer in a safe way and told me too let my wrist do the work not the whole hand and that the nails had too be in plumb for when the plaster's dont have too go over and pre check them after them also easier too do plaster..

Then at 10.30 we had smoko then 11.00 we carried on doing the ceilings and walls..

then had lunch at 1.30pm then we rounded up the cows at the back then carried on with the inside of the house doing walls and ceiling..

i took photo's of the walls and the house and some house wayne and his workers done last year...
